This tool keeps it simple. It uses only the cookies it needs to work and to keep you secure. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no consent banner to click through.

Why there's no banner

Every cookie above is strictly necessary to run the tool or to keep it secure, and the analytics is cookieless. None of it requires your consent under the UK's PECR, the EU ePrivacy rules, or Quebec's Law 25, so there's no banner to dismiss. If we ever add anything that isn't strictly necessary, we'll ask you first.

What about the details I enter

That's separate from cookies. The name and email you give to see your results are used to send you the report and to let Ross follow up if you ask. They're stored securely and the identifying details are removed after 90 days. The full detail is in the Privacy Notice.
